Ruth Brindle is a lifelong journalist specialising in travel features for national newspapers and magazines, as well as a very wide-ranging list of top regional publications and websites. She gained excellent contacts in the travel industry through work as Deputy Features Editor and Travel Editor on IPC Media's Woman's Realm magazine and kept those valuable relationships over many years. As a seasoned freelance writer Ruth has ensured valued coverage of stories highlighting travel in the UK, Europe and, most particularly, in the US. Multi-generational, luxury and holidays for more mature travellers are of special interest.
Ruth has built the alliance around journalists she trusts and PR networks she has worked with for decades — the kind of professional rails that take twenty years to build and can't be reverse-engineered. Each writer in the alliance brings a specialism: family travel, food and drink, slow and reflective cruising, offbeat destinations, the National World regional network. Between them, every kind of travel feature a PR or DMO might commission.
Outside the work, Ruth lives in Hemel Hempstead, returns often to Anna Maria Island, and watches Italy's smaller coastlines for what the bigger guidebooks miss.
